I rarely got that in CoD chat. Most of the time is was idiots loudly playing shitty R&B music or mumble rap, followed by someone screaming racial slurs at them.

The most hardcore edgelord i have met online was in a pick up game of Killing Floor 2. He just went on and on about how he was a drug dealer and could get me pounds of whatever i wanted, and he had pounds of heroin and money right next to him. I told him to send me a pic of it for proof, and that went about as far as you would expect. Then he talked about how he was a hitman that worked for the KKK and went so far as to give his location down to the subdivision.

I was like "you tell random strangers in games that you are a killer and drug kingpin and then tell them exactly where you live? You know the FBI would love a tip like that". Then he panics and give some shit about how he is protected and people "high up" owe him favors and blah blah blah.

Then he shut up for awhile until someone with a name like bodycount123 entered the game, just playing like normal and started chatting. Pretty chill until tatoman (im pretty sure the edgelords name was something to that effect) chimed back in with a "You need to change you name". Then the bodycount guy was like "what?".

tatoman then said "Until you have put a living person into a wood chipper leg first, you cant have a name like that! I bet you never even killed anyone!". Just trying to be edgy as fuck. The body count guy called him some choice words which really upset him and then left the game. Then ol tato was like "yeah bitch you better leave, I was this close to tracking his location. I was gonna go to his house and bring him back to my shed and torture him for disrespecting me" and just kept going on.

I was laughing so hard at this fucking loser, because i knew he was totally believing all the shit he was saying. He was really fucking committed to the bit. He must have been legit mentally ill, or a 15 year old that was trying to impress people by making them think he was a "psycho". Fucking loser.
