i live in Japan. Im American, my friend is Japanese. Her friend introduced her to Trunews, which is a far right religious news sight, famous for conspiracies and racist remarks.

One of her friends told her this was legit news. Convinced her that masks dont work, and shes falling for the Hunter story as well.

I try to tell her its a end of the world cult site, but she says the articles she read didnt talk about that. She says she likes how they say women shouldnt be treated like sluts (she doesnt understand extremist religious views on women).

i dont know if i should let this go, or try to convince her that she is listening to some weirdo cult site.
