Friend just sent me a snap of him standing in line at a Vegas DMV, 2 hours before it opens. Said he was there last week at opening and waited all day but never made it inside. That's fucked up yo. You shouldn't have to take a whole day off work to get your plates renewed or whatever the fuck he's doing.
