If I turn on my Switch in docked mode, the TV turns on and it automatically goes to it as input.
If I turn on my Xbox, my TV turns on but it doesn't automatically go to it as input. If my Xbox was the last thing I used on the TV, turning on my TV will also turn on the Xbox, but that is not true of the Switch (which is kinda preferable, tbh). I've tried futzing around in the Xbox settings to change this, but I'm not sure I can. --- kin to all that throbs ... Copied to Clipboard!

I hate that theyre taking the TV control out for the Series X tbh.
It was so nice to be able to just get a IR receiver from Amazon to toggle my TV on/off with my Xbox. --- https://imgur.com/jWVrg9U https://imgur.com/g2efUtT https://imgur.com/5dOwhaP https://imgur.com/LVdqu8J Go Cougs and M's #DI4B ... Copied to Clipboard!

Get a HDMI switcher. Preferably one with a little remote.
