Are you proud of her?

Your young adult daughter marries a millionaire business tycoon over 30 years older than her. You're not sure if he is aware of it but it's clear to you (and most people) that she doesn't even like him, marrying him only for his cash.

He doesn't beat her or anything malicious but he is very cold and controlling when he's around. He's a successful masculine rich man used to getting his way all the time and she does everything he tells her to do like a good trophy wife. He views her as a prized possession more than as a person.

Upside is he isn't around too much since he is busy and she has (within reason) free reign to spend his money when he's not around, plus live in a mansion.

Also their kids will get into the best schools in the nation as easily as you get into McDonalds.

No? If they didn't sign a prenup that means in a divorce they'll split the assets afaik.

Why would I want for her to have signed one?

If she was the rich person in the situation that found herself a attractive trophy husband I'd want her to have the prenup though.

Ignore when people say that the title length is not important, that a title should just convey what the game is about. They're just jealous theirs isn't as long

Prenub just means assets were assigned before the marriage

She could still get a huge amount of money and property through a prenub and save her the battle royal that would come out from family , investors, business colleagues etc if he died without one

If he died without one
That's a will. That's completely different from a prenup.

A prenuptial agreement, antenuptial agreement, or premarital agreement (commonly referred to as a prenup), is a written contract entered into by a couple prior to marriage or a civil union that enables them to select and control many of the legal rights they acquire upon marrying, and what happens when their marriage eventually ends by death or divorce. Couples enter into a written prenuptial agreement to supersede many of the default marital laws that would otherwise apply in the event of divorce, such as the laws that govern the division of property and retirement benefits and savings, and the right to seek alimony (spousal support) with agreed-upon terms that provide certainty and clarify their marital rights.[1][2] A premarital agreement may also contain waivers of a surviving spouses right to claim an elective share of the estate of the deceased spouse

You're not one of those Redpill guys who think "Prenub" solely means "Thing that stops women from fucking you over" right?
