Final Fantasy VII (Original). I swap x and circle so it's the usual confirm/cancel seen in others.

Final Fantasy VIII. I swap circle and triangle so menu is the usual triangle and circle becomes cancel once again.

I think since so many PlayStation games use x as confirm and circle as cancel, it's a habit. Although some games (MGS1 and FFT (I believe on that one)) don't allow it, but that's okay.

I change a lot of controls on PC games to the number pad because i have a gaming mouse.
