My lesbian friend said to me today that she doesn't understand why heterosexual relationships always have to be about dom / sub. Then I reminded her that gay male relationships (at least, grindr) takes this further and categorises men into so many specific niches and where they sit in the pecking order. In other words, gay men ultra categorise, straight relationships categorise somewhat. Lesbian woman don't really categorise at all. Is this some kinda man thing about putting everything into boxes?
