Oh man I love canned tuna but my friend cooked us up some tuna steaks to break our fast one day during Ramadan and man its some of the best meat out there. I agree, and am surprised its not wildly more popular.

I fucking hate tuna in a pouch or can and the smell of it makes me nauseous.

But everyone always says how good tuna steak is. Does it really bit have any of the same flavor or smell as canned tuna? Cause I might have to try it.

I have yet to try tuna steak but I enjoy canned tuna. I also enjoy raw tuna as well it's one of my favorite sushi cuts.

It's hard to cook. If you don't know what you're doing it'll come out dense, hard, and dry. It's delicious if you cook it right though.

I think I'd probably only try it at a very good seafood place or something where I can trust someone to cook it right. I'm sure I'd fuck it up
