Bargain stores with out of season or b grade brand name merchandise. Usually have lower overhead cost because they pay minimum wage and are located in strip malls. They target the poor families with 9 kids who don't shop online. Old Navy is just the Gap's lower tier merchandise stuff, actually surviving while the Gap itself is in big trouble.

TJ Maxx and Home Goods have some good stuff in them

Ross is entirely supported by retired white ladies with nothing else to do

Ross survived thanks to the old blind women that lives behind the small door at the back of the store that makes magical clothing.
