What enjoyment do you guys get out of watching races? Its like 100+ laps of cars going in a circle how is that fun? Maybe if it were like 10 laps I can see the thrill of it.
Also isnt the sport unfair? If you have the faster car, better wheels, better team don't you have a huge advantage over other competitors? Also all the cars look the same. Always thought you'd have different styles of cars competing but I guess thats street racing then? they dont start side by side either. Some start further in front than the others. Imagine getting a head start in an olympic sprint or something

I feel the same about most sports. I guess those that enjoy it enjoy the nuances. Where I see football, basketball, and soccer as just guys running back and forth on a field/court with a ball, fans see player matchups, strategies, and upsets.

I think most cars are standardized. I think it mostly comes down to focus, using proper spacing, timing on when to pit, and most of all, not crashing. It seems to be more of a social gathering thing than anything else, just chilling out, getting drunk, and watching the pretty cars go round and round. Ultimately, seems boring as fuck, but to each his own.

I don't like NASCAR anymore, but grew up a Gordon fan to much ridicule from Earnhardt kids
I think F1 is an exciting thing to watch. I'm not a big fan of the current drivers in the paddock but appreciate the work that goes into shaving off portions of a second --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
