Tourettes is a neurological condition that causes people to say shit involuntarily. If somebody with tourettes blurted the word out at random that's not racism. Like, saw a child and wondered what would happen if you kicked it, or imagined what it would be like to be hit by a truck? People with tourette's have the unfortunate dysfunction of sometimes being unable to stop realising those thoughts. Basically all that is required is that they know the worst and that it is wrong.
