I avoid holding kids until they're like 6 months (real rough estimate) lol. All my nieces and nephews I might hold once when born. But the anxiety ruins any special connection I could make when holding a baby. All I can think about is how i might be doing something wrong and how fragile they are. Id rather just connect when they're comfortably laying in a basket.

Saw a 2 year old take a tumble down the stairs and besides some screaming, he was right as rain within 5 minutes. Babies and kids are tough as shit. --- The name is wackyteen for a reason. I think it was two years ago. My boss brought her in and asked me to hold her while he dealt with something. She was super cute and leaned her head on me. ^_^
