21WIVES_CHILL 07/05/20 4:14:24 AM #1:	They're not. You have to take out a loan for a home that will cost near $1M or above depending on where the hot market is for homes. Rent it out and say you profit a couple grand a month. That doesnt even include taxes and other repairs that go into the home so really you're making as much as the average $20K worker but as a passive income. People that are making $100K+ in passive income from real estate have a lot of homes or units being rented out BUT these guys are MILLIONS of dollars in mortgage debt. Sure, when the economy is doing great that's viable... but right now, most of these landlords are getting fucked in the ass from tenants not needing to pay to moving out of the city.
