this week it said i had exhausted all of my benefits. i had $12 left, so plus the $600 i got $612 this week. It then told me this was my final week.

Was really hoping it would last until the end of July. I guess I didnt make enough money or something

Then something wrong. You should have it for a year and the 600 will end in the end of July. I suggest you go online website for your state Unemployment and check and call.

Mine ended too last week, but EDD said they will extend it through PUA. We'll see how much I will get.

It is, but it took me 6 months to do that.

Were you making more on unemployment than you were actually working?

might be state related. he could've only banked X amount of benefits through the time he had now ever since march.

ive drawn about 6k in unemployment which is about what i made last year (i didnt start my job until halfway thru the year and it was part time)

But don't you only have a certain amount in your unemployment account? He must not have had very much. Mine's only like 5 months worth

My state waived the "You must apply for _ jobs to continue getting unemployment" for the last few months but they brought it back starting tomorrow

Sorry to hear that. I still have I think about half of my full amount left and the extra 600 has been very helpful but now I'm worried because I went from temporarily out of work to fully laid off as of about a week ago and I really have no idea what I'm gonna do. Job prospects in the area are not good and my state is definitely the type that would fully lock down again if the virus starts to surge again (we were 3rd most cases in the US for a while) so I'm like in a sort of limbo within limbo status :/

yeah i live in tennessee and cases are spiking again yet everyone refuses to follow simple guidelines so were probably either gonna lock down again or just infect everybody
