I would say its probably the best exercise video game ever. Really charming and actually a solid workout. I get a lot more reps in because of the one more level mentality than I usually would with something like squats. Very very very cool game.

It kicked my butt on the first day and the lightest difficulty setting. I stopped because Im weak and I also didnt want to upset my downstairs neighbors.
