How does the trans character get hormones? Are there any other medical dependent characters in the story? Havent played the game but I did see some doctors in a video of it so... yeah idk how that works

He's only a kid who shaved his head and wants people to call him a guy.
Also he's from a cult which doesn't seem to believe in advancements like medicine in the first place, so he'd probably never get anything close to hormones.
