yes you can be. a case where one was caught cheating happened then years later spoke her truth about it. no consent from her.
basically a streamer got caught cheating. years later she said it was nonconsensual. the accused person then responded in a 55 page dm receipt as a last desperation move to clear his name. apparently the guy had to change names, her mods called him rapist in every stream he was in, he lost his friends, and was bullied out of social media. --- You don't stop playing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop playing ... Depends on how she felt when she consented Yeah, consent is a messy subject - although I've had clients who were raped but when asked by the defense why the client didn't say 'no' or 'stop', the response of 'I was scared' throws out the case without substantial witnesses or evidence. Basically, if they didn't say 'no' or 'stop,' it was not rape. --- --- MaverickXeo --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

This after thousands of dollars on lawyers and bail money. I don't blame her. Polygraph tests are bullshit, there is no such thing as a lie detector. All a Polygraph does is crudely record your response to questions. Sweating, shaking, heatbeat etc and someone has to guess whether or not increases or changes in you're reponse implies dishonesty.
