I don't know much about Ninja Gaiden but I really don't think DS3 is too hard. If you have any kind of competency with challenging games it should be fine for you. That's a good price, but I'm going to assume it's an RTX 2070 Max-Q and not a full mobile RTX 2070 or a Super Max Q. If it is an RTX 2070 Max-Q (not Super), the mobile RTX 2060 is actually roughly on-par in performance and you can get it in a lot of laptops at that price, including the spectacular ROG Zephyrus.
