East versus West.

Even being a northerner, I would say the south would win.
The east would beat the west.

Assuming California is "North" then North wins (it's got ICANN / IANA and basically all the money)

West vs East is a much tougher fight because it's basically all the tech vs the banks.

Whichever side the military backs. Civil Wars cant really happen outside of a coup given the distribution of militarybases and more uniformity in mentailty of the standard troop than back in the 1800s

It wouldnt be North Versus South it would be Coastal States versus the middle states, the middle states get Alaska with Russia as ally and coastal states get Hawaii with Canada and Mexico and Puerto Rico as allies. If you are wondering why people keep pondering a Civl War II its because humans are always doomed repeat history and theres a good chance of it happening
