It should be federally illegal for any law enforcement body to confiscate marijuana or arrest/charge someone for possession, unless that person is under 21 years old. It is against federal law which means all the states where it is "legal" you are still committing a crime. Its just not enforced and the federal government hasn't show an interest in attempting to stop it. They never did. When I was in my early 20's I had quite a few health issues and it was only legal in Washington medically at the time. My doctor told me it might be worth looking into and got me a medical card. I finally got the nerve to try it and thought, "why are people so worried about this stuff?" I don't use it now, I never got addicted, and I have a normal adult life. I also don't understand why TV shows sometimes depict people hallucinating on it.
