It's High School Zootopia but 1000x more fleshed out on the dynamics of different species coexisting together while trying to tame their natural instincts and suppress their biology. In addition, it's the most gorgeous 3D anime I've ever seen. When I hit the part where main heroine got her chance to shine as a character of her own, I immediately went hunting down the author's gender. There was NO WAY a man could have written a manga where the main heroine is NOT his waifu, and there was no way a guy could have written his fantasy waifu through those scenarios. The heroine in this show was acting too realistic for her age and environment. Sure enough, my hunch was correct; it was a WOMAN who wrote this!
