Some are. a lot suck. I once had a customer try to return a pair of used shoes, dirt on the bottom, fully worn. When they first came up they said they never wore them. Open the box, see its worn, say "I can't return these". He said "I got them this way". I was already agitated that day so i said "Sir, we would not sell these to you. Its why we don't take them back. I can't put this back on the shelf". His response? "just wipe them off no one will know"....He then stood there for 15-20 minutes trying to tell me what our policy was. I showed him the signs, the back of the receipt and the website and he went on with the tired old "I've been shopping here for x years and i know your policy" shit

depends on the industry but i used to get 1 bad customer out of every 10.

For the most part, I enjoyed my customers working at a bar. Regulars in particular. You'd occasionally get really awful people, but it's part of the service industry.

Most of them are entitled pieces of shit, tbh. I really hate the whole concept of, "The customer is always right,' it's a bunch of bs. Thankfully I don't don't with them anymore
