This didn't have anything to do with luck, surviving a suspension. So far the most likely causr is an automated DMCA strike anf it was resolved aswell.

What does happen during these suspensions, is unhinged Phil, and it is glorious. It proves once again that he has no plan B if everything goes tits ip. He is so fucking nervous and shakes harder than Michael J Fox.

We all know that if Twitch is over tomorrow, regarldess of the reason, Phil is over. He might migrate to Youtube, and some of his loyal followers might migrate with him, but the unmoderated chat during his Youtube stream was a beautiful peek into how disliked Phil is. Unfiletered bile. That is the only way I can describe it.

But, just like previous times, Phil will continue just like he has, despite the fragility of it all. He won't learn anything from this, he won't come up with a plan B. As long ad the money comes in and he can stupidly spend it, everything is fine.

What did seem, all the emotes, badges etc apear to be gone. Knowing Phil, he probably doesn't have any back-up.

Exactly, some of you really are no better than DSP. I'm also on his side here, for once. He's not a controversial streamer, he's just someone unhealthy people place way too much personal investment into watching and hoping he fails. Once upon a time he was controversial, sure, but it never ceases to amaze me how people here will twist his words. He's obviously saying he is not controversial like say a sexual offender or someone that should be canceled like has been going on recently. Modern-day Phil may still be toxic with the begging, but in terms of content is relatively family-friendly aside from occasionally swearing.

And whoever this person is making multiple accounts just to get copyright strikes against him is no more embarrassing than Phil's behavior watching sex scenes in games. I said it before and I'll say it again, some of the lengths the haters go to make me and others want to see Phil win out in the end just because no one should have to go through some of the garbage he has to endure on a daily basis. I would go on an angry tirade to if some clown persisted and persisted getting my platforms taken down over bogus nonsense.

How about we want actual terrible personalities to be held accountable, like say angry Joe who lawyered up and silenced his victim even though it's clear from the messages he was being creepy as hell? How about we be more concerned about idiots like the quartering functioning as alt-right propaganda, something way worse for younger generations to the consuming. Even the most popular streamer, Dr disrespect, has some unsavory political beliefs and apparently buys into conspiracy theories. All of those things I would be more concerned about children watching over DSP, who is frankly just an entertaining idiot that doesn't deserve half of the vitriol that is tossed his way.

As someone on KF pointed out, his complaints about potentially losing a couple days of income (which hasn't even happened) ring pretty hollow when you consider that many people have lost weeks or months of income due to Covid.

Yeah, I really feel sorry for those people who are legitimately out of work because of COVID, and have to worry about putting food on the table. Yes and no. The first takedown was bullshit, I absolutely agree with that. But Phil then made it a point during his "tough guy" act to threaten and taunt Superhound several times (the guy who issued the DMCA takedown), and this is Superhound striking back. In an unfair but expected way.

Basically it's just 2 children flinging mud at eachother, it's amusing as fuck. Phil also stated that Twitch is dead to him, but we all know that wont last.

Also, he talks so fucking weird, todays quote is: "human people".

Well, even if Phil leaves Twitch, which we know he won't do since he will probably cry and beg to anyone higher up to fix this mistake of false DMCA claims, there's not really anywhere else to go other than Youtube or Facebook. He already said he hates streaming on Youtube because the chat is wild and I don't think I've ever seen an actual Facebook Gaming stream myself.

With mixer dying and facebook gaming not really picking up he might have to suck it up and be on youtube, but with the algorithm as it is and all the restreamers on youtube he might not get any new viewers.

This is a slow death for his legacy. Eventually the 40 going on 70 man will have to type up a resume and fluff up his beggacy in hopes to get a job.

I think it has happened a few times on his Youtube, but those were erronius DMCA strikes by Youtube's automated system. Phil then set all his videos to private and that caused the search algorithm to count the views all those videos had as lost.

While I agree not to directly interfere with Phil, if he just had shut the fuck up, that would have been the end of it. Instead, he had to puff up and pound his chest and openly taunt and threaten Superhound, so he responded in kind.

Basically, the whole thing is just two idiots bashing heads and we are all here to enjoy the shitshow. I don't wish ill in Phil and hope he wisens up, the whole thing is extremely fragile and should serve as a wake up call. He really should prepare a plan B.

Having said that I don't wish ill on Phil doesn't mean I sypmathize with him though. If the whole thing goes tits up anf his life falls to shambles it'll be his own fucking fault because he can't 5 seconds infront of his face.
