These suspensions always come out of the blue because Twitch is incredibly inconsistent. In my opinion, Phil has done plenty of things he could've been banned for, but I assume this suspension will be over some minor technicality.

I believe there was a Cloudflare problem or something, which is why a lot of sites were down. Everything seems to be fixed now.

I think he's bluffing. He was talking on the first stream about how he was going to stream gameplay on the later stream whether Twitch liked it or not, but he walked that back pretty quickly.
