One of the servers is down and the one they replaced it with doesn't let you choose blanks so I found this alternate and it works up to 60 blanks but has more card deck variety. Really wanted to try Crabs Against Humidity pack. So sad now...

There is a moth that won't fucking stop landing on my laptop screen. For weeks i've been battling one moth at a time. This fucker is just no fucks given so I took him in. He has a piece of his wing missing so I call him Chippy. I can bring my finger up to the screen and he'll just get right on it and hang out. He'll probably be dead in the morning but I like to think I was his friend tonight. A lot of moths don't have friends at all so I'm pretty much a hero and i'm glad if he feels good tonight.

What a remarkably shit day today. Hard drive on my desktop failed, my laptop is suddenly fucky and slow as hell, and my phone is fucked too and i lost my phone i use as a phone last night apparently.

I mean big picture its liveable shit but man what a piss off.

Try doing a system restore on your laptop and roll it back to a few days ago. If you don't have something similar, CCleaner is worth the price and can clean up a lot of junk and fix registry errors on it also, i've been using it for years and it's very reputable.

What the hell is with women man? My gf sent me a wall of shit today because she thought I was going to go over to her place yesterday. The problem is I had to work. I WAS going to go over and work from her place since I have a laptop but I had to go meet someone at work to fix her computer. Did that and figured well shit while im here I might as well stay and take advantage of the dual monitors at the office. Then she actually went in and saw that I clocked out for 2 hours and clocked back in when I got home. I had to finish something up but I knew it wouldn't take that long so I did some shit around the house for a couple hours then I did it.

So she tells me all that shit and says I kept canceling our plans. And i'm like WHAT FUCKING PLANS!?!? The main plan was she was supposed to come over last night but her phone was off and I couldn't get ahold of her so I said ok fuck it whatever. So she was all upset about that and at the end says it's not my fault. So like.... WHAT?

Just buy her some flowers and tell her you misinterpreted what the plans were. Sometimes caving even though you did nothing wrong is the best approach and keeps it from turning into an argument.

I'm not buying her flowers but I will take the blame for it anyway. I know it's not my fault. We love each other but she doesn't always communicate well and it builds up in her left ass cheek or something and she unleashes it like diarrhea.

Thanks. Ill definitely try that. Beats buying a new comp. im ordering a hard drive for the desktop and gonna try a self install so well see how that goes. Thankfully theres not too much i dont have backed up iirc.

Gonna lose some stuff i think but probly nothing major. I hope.

Ouch. Man women are hard to figure sometimes. Its one of those times you gotta say shes worth it and ill find a way too satisfy her.

If you have your system set to a checkpoint, it may let you just set it back a few days so you will only lose what you did in the last week or so. Resetting the entire thing should be last resort, try the system restore to a checkpoint first and see if it helps at all.

All it takes sometimes is an accidental click on an ad on a website and some shit gets downloaded on your computer, runs in the background and you never know it's there.

Yeah if it's the hard drive you can try the system restore. Don't hold your breath though, I rarely get that shit to work and end up reimaging the whole thing.

on a totally different note if a guy had a cat for a year and he figured his cat needed a companion when he was out and did
decide to get another cat should that person get a separate litter box for the new cat? Is there anything to know as far as that goes? Obviously id give them separate food and water but beyond that does anyone have any tips?

ill have to go back to work eventually and walter is so used to having me around hes not taking it well when im gone for more than a couple hours.

The only things i know for sure are itd have to be about his age (or at least not much older) and a female and shed have to be playful and weird.

I want to get him a friend more and more lately and hed be cool with it (as long as its not a boy. All boy cats need to die as far as hes concerned) but itd take a certain kinda kitty to be cool with him even then i think.

Hes super chill with girl cats but hes kinda a lot to take in all the same.

I've always kept cats plus one as far as litter boxes. When I had 2 cats, I had 3 litter boxes in my home, two in the same area of the laundry room, and one in the bathroom. With one cat, I kept two. I change them out entirely every 3 days and spot scoop as needed.

Introducing a new cat can be difficult, it's best to keep them separated, the new cat in a closed door room. Put towels on the ground around the house, and swap them around between where the cats are so they can smell the towels and learn each other's scents. They can also sniff and paw at each other through the bottom of the closed door without risk of an attack. You can anticipate growling and hissing for a couple of weeks.

Yeah i used to have two for walter. He only wants to poop in the same room as me so i stopped bothering with the laundry room one. I guess id get the laundry room litter box up and running again if i do get another kitty.

Im thinking about it now cause i wanna be around until theyre familiar with eachother.

I know my mom always does the separate room things but as long as im around i dont know if id need to with him. Hes loved every not male cat hes met and every random dog too for that matter.

That said its always been fairly brief interactions so longer term he may drive any other cat insane.

Have you ever had another cat or dog inside your home with him though? If he's established that as his territory it could be an issue for sure, a lot of times animals in neutral territory are okay with each other, but bring a strange animal into his home and he might take exception and instinctually try to protect it, and you. It's hit or miss, you don't really know but i've been surprised before. Just prepare ahead of time for both scenarios and adjust accordingly, it will be fine over a few days regardless.

I always feel like long term most dogs and cats are happier with a buddy around, especially when you aren't home. I think cats can be more independent and self sufficient alone, but it wouldn't hurt. I've always had a pair of cats at least.

I scoop daily, I dump out the box, wash it out, and add clean litter twice a week. It's gonna be more with the new additions now.
