Killua's just chilling with his sister. the current arc is Kurapika hunting down more of the eyes. there is some other stuff in between Chimera Ant and the current spot in the manga though. I do think Togashi went overboard with all the characters and storylines. He probably overwhelmed himself with it all, hence the frequent hiatuses.
