One time its like "ok, funny" but he makes it a theme on his channel? cringe...I've watched other channels of people who live in foreign countries and every now and then a local will be like "you speak really good (language)!" and he'll leave it in. They make him seem like he's desperate for people to fawn over him for speaking Chinese, he plays up their reactions by first acting like a clueless foreigner so he gets a more shocked reaction when he speaks chinese, and it puffs up his ego more.
