Including changing how guns work in the game, adding more free days (less annoying morgana), adds 2 additional confidents, and an entire semester to the game. You also get all the P5 'classic' dlc included (though none of it is really important and is either cosmetics or dlc persona that can let you put the game on ez mode). P3P is fine if you for some reason still have a psp/vita(it plays digital psp i think), but yes playing P3/FES without full party control is difficult. I can't recall anything that would make P4 bad. I think p4 did add letting you pick the skills you brought over in fusion so you didn't have to cancel and select again until you got the set you want.
