He tweets and you have millions of his followers nodding and approving whatever he says without any critical thinking and some times even act on it. Wasnt there a guy who died by taking the medicines he recommended all the time? And others who actually followed his injecting disinfectant ideas. So yeah...guy has great power and greatly misuses it.
