I wouldn't. Both are two of the most awful presidents ever. Reagan is at fault for a lot of wrong in this country.

i still find it perplexing and quite frankly disgusting that anyone voted for george w bush, let alone the majority
but here we are, in a state of political affairs where the iraq war and the modern police/surveillance state are downplayed for the political convenience of praising bush to own trump with that said, reagan's gross expansion of the war on drugs in particular is a dealbreaker - both trump and reagan had clandestine activities overseas and poorly managed deadly epidemics, so i can't really condemn one more than the other along those lines --- ...
