discodancer77 05/03/20 2:26:50 PM #7:	Metroid is a bit more difficult and does the whole isolation feeling realllllyyyyyy well. The worlds really feel like massive alien ecosystems. Castlevania is much more approachable in terms of difficulty and all that, and I like the medieval fantasy setting with monsters and stuff. Sequence breaking isn't really a thing in Castlevania, which is a shame as I enjoy it in Metroid. If you add in the Classicvanias and 3D Vanias, it's still Metroid for me. The Metroidvanias are more my kind of game. The quality in Castlevania varies a bit more with it being a bigger franchise.
