The Weapons are supposed to be like Godzilla size(they were made to be smaller in battle). How are they gonna make us puny humans do battle with Godzilla Weapons?

Remember in the original when you fought Ultima Weapon in Mideel and he was suddenly like 9 feet tall? Probably that.

Guess it depends how big they make them. If theyre super massive then it could be like multiple mini-battles that take place at different points on their body. If theyre just big bosses then they could work something out like any other boss.
