Please. I am begging you.
I have spent the 12 hours over the last two workdays dealing with backup of these for my company. How hard is it for people to read the do not reply in the header? I severely doubt anybody here is contacting my particular company, but this is just a blanket statement to vent, you do not realize what a headache it is you cause if you do this. ... It goes to a nebulous pool of literally thousands of emails that may not be seen for days if not weeks. We of course respond to them once we can get to them if we can, but if it's something important you're probably screwed. Technically speaking we are under no obligation to even reply, even though we do, know matter how important it is.
If you were to send an email saying you're going to sue us if we do not contact back, and then you do, technically it does not even count as you having tried to contact us in the first place. Any reply you get to an email like that is literally a courtesy. ... Copied to Clipboard!

We send automated emails on behalf of other people so the receiver thinks they're responding to the original party but it comes to us instead. Yeah, it's Salesforce for us too. A lot of it is people contact their designers or someone who sent them a quote, which we of course forward. We get so much though that it may take several days. I have had 11 cases today alone of people trying to reschedule a design appointment for yesterday. ... Copied to Clipboard!
