Why don't you have an established savings? Why do you need this money? Your account is from 2002 so assuming 13 when you joined that puts you at, at the very least, 31. You should have a decent job and be making more than enough that you wouldn't qualify for this money as a single filer, plus you should have been able to find a woman and gotten married by now so you should have two sources of income.

Mines coming on the 30th. I'm 35 and welcome the money. I am married and never got an opportunity to go to any kind of college or anything like that, so I've been stuck in low income jobs my whole life
