SaltyWet 03/11/20 3:15:39 PM #1:	The original was just beyond perfection. It is my favorite creation in any entertainment medium I can think of (books, music, TV, movies, other video games). I still get a lump in my throat just thinking about it. To say my life changed since I first played it woule be a staggering understatement. It opened my eyes to the world of video games, that it could tell a compelling, emotional, gripping epic. It hit me over the head, and I still can't get over it, 20+ years later. It probably wouldn't be as impactful for us just because we know so much already. With the story being expanded as a whole (thanks to each installation having the content of a full game), you'll have more time to get to know & get attached to the characters.
