It has everything we need.

1. Very healthy, though a little high in sodium
2. Very tasty
3. Very affordable
4. Very versatile, you can add ingredients if you like
5. Very convenient

I could seriously just eat these chickens for the rest of my life and be okay.

Also, eggs > chicken.

Eggs are literally the perfect superfood and second to only breastmilk in terms of nutrition that the body absorbs in total.

Eggs are 49%, while breastmilk is 51%.

Chicken and muscle meats (beef, pork, etc) ranks down in the low 30s in terms of how much nutrients are absorbed and utilized by the body.

Same as muscle meats, roughly 31-32%.

Egg white is 17% (more of the nutrients are in the yolk)
Soy is 17%. Not sure about other plant-based options, I have to double check.
Whey and casein are 16% iirc.

Dip it in hot sauce, maybe put some greens around it, it is versatile.

Eggs are not as convenient. It requires cooking and time. You can literally pick up a rotisserie chick at Costco, Walmart or your local grocers for more or less 5 bucks.

You can pick up hard boiled eggs in more places than rotisserie chickens for the same price. You can eat them in salads that come with a fork, or by themselves straight up out of the package, no utensils needed, unlike chicken.

It does not get any more convenient than that my friend.

4-5lb+ value packs of chicken breast are definitely cost effective and are obviously a large quantity. better in both regards than a rotisserie chicken.
I forgot the conveniency.

It's not as full filling and a r chicken can make multiple meals. You can just snap and eat it with your bare hands like I do. And r chickens taste like 100x better than a hard boiled egg.

Eggs are very filling and less greasy than eating a whole chicken with your bare hands. I can understand chicken wings or legs with hands, but you'd still need a napkin... eggs don't require one, they are clean and convenient. Eggs are also super tasty, you can add a pinch of salt and pepper, or dip them in some sauce. Most places have a station for salt, pepper and condiments as well. You can even do ketchup if you are desperate.

Face it, eggs are simply the easier and better for you option. Chicken is too lean and lacks healthy fats and nutrients, while eggs are the #2 superfood only behind breastmilk.

I use that with tiny <5 pound chickens and make my own. Comes out amazing too. And you get to watch it spin. It's about 6 dollars, but the bones don't go to waste, I make chicken broth out of it and it's perfect for other recipes later on.

That and when guests see it they think you're fancy as fuck, but in reality you just put it on a stick put it in the oven with some rubbed seasonings and have well cooked chicken within the hour. Make sure you buy plenty of rope/string to truss the chicken properly.
