Could be a few things, maybe cardiac but could also be respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological, psychiatric. I havent read through the topic but Im basing it off your first post.

I feel muscular pains pretty much all over my thorax, on and off, but my back is pretty much always sore. Sometimes on my arms and shoulders. The chest is actually where it least hurts. I also get some lower back pains.

As I've said before, go seek out a massage therapist. And go read Dr. Sarno's books.

Honest advice. Throw out the benzos and find a new psychiatrist.
