I'd like to buy a house sometime in the relatively near future, but generally the only houses in my range I can afford are townhouse units.
Is quality of life usually subject to neighbors? Or are they usually fine enough to where the only real problem neighbors would arise if they were like full-on bass-cranking players? I assume the bedroom wouldn't share a wall given that I'd only buy an end unit (the house at the end of a particular row). --- GOAT name ... Copied to Clipboard!

I own one. Our backyards are separated by fences. We share one big driveway (i have the right side and she has the left).
I don't really hear my neighbors unless they are outside. Our walls are thick enough where you can't really hear anything --- I <3 Nikki Cross ... Copied to Clipboard!

Depend how thick the walls are, how loud the neighbors are and if they smoke.
