So the Pizza hut app just added a new feature to their app. They give you the estimated time of the order beinf ready before you place your order.
Just last week, I put a complaint in, i had a narrow window of when i could do my carryout, placed my order, no estimate time before the order, but after placed it was 20 minutes later then i could wait to pickup. So i had to call and cancel.
I find it funny how just a week after I put in this complaint they implement this.

I guess this is new in your region? Even about 2 years ago (possibly longer) , I could go their site to order and it told me the estimated time for everything to be ready before I actually placed the order.

It takes about 20 minutes for a typical order to be ready, so there would be time added on if it was a busy night or would take longer than usual

Something like that's happened to me before too. Once when I got a moderation here, I added a comment and explained that I wasn't actually disputing would accept it. They explained that you couldn't accept a moderation once you dispute it. Then shortly afterward they introduced that feature.

Not a fan of Pizza Hut. Their pizza tastes like something a highschool lunch room would make. Out of the national big three, I would do Domino's. But normally I order from a place on my block that does a great new york style pizza.
