When I tried to go to sleep, I debated myself for an hour about whether or not to undo my belt and also turned the lights on and off many times because whenever they were on, I wanted them off and vice versa. I know he wanted to take them with me just to be able to get it all off his chest. Cause it wasn't the 1st time we did that. And they help me to not get anxiety when Im tip toeing around these conversations. Though Im just generally better at them these days anyway. You definitely need the right people around you. But that's the same with drinking as well.
