But, purely out of pettiness and spite towards Trump, they made the movie confusing for first time viewers by introducing a giant plot hole where now Kevin somehow ends up in the hotel lobby with no rational explanation.

I saw some of the edited version of the movie the other day. The part where Kevin is throwing bricks off the top of the building is totally ruined. There's only the first brick. He throws 2 or 3 more after that and it's hilarious.
