i need a good single player game to indulge in. i was thinking something like Dead Space or Bioshock that everyone loves but i've never played

alternatively i can just buy the new Star Wars game but its so expensive :/

i actually played a bioshock demo back in the day and it felt weird to me, i didnt really get sucked in. i figure i must be missing something.
