Given that he's a corpse strapped to a throne and only kept sorta alive by family human sacrifices, not very high.

Really? Don't know much about him other than what he looks like and that he's ten thousand years old. Oh, and he protects.

I'm getting more interested in fantasy worlds with a lot of lore. I want to read the original Dune novel before I see the movie next year.

He's 40k+ years old. You might be thinking of his prime, pre-throne form, although there's debate about what would happen if he finally bit the bucket. Hard to discuss without spoilers, kinda?

In his known prime, he could just tear a hole in reality and vacuum yonder fools through it into Hell, though he wouldn't, because that's heresy. He also made a small star.

Yeah, The Emporer was mortally wounded during the Horus Heresy, which takes place ten thousand years earlier.

How many Marvel or DC characters can project a psychic beacon 50,000 light-years across for more than 10,000 years, and whose very presence can unmake entities from a parallel dimension? Yeah, I thought so.

Time is a funny thing. There is always too much of it, except when you need it the most. Then there is never enough.

Quite a few cosmics.

Warhammer 40K dudes always overrate their universe though.

Found the heretic.

Anyway I'd say the emperor in his prime could stomp most of the two universe but it's clear that there are being in both that would stomp him because his existence wouldn't be anathema to them like he is to the chaos gods.

There's no denying that 40k's ridiculously over the top OP-ness is such that very few universes even have a snowballs chance in hell of standing up to it but when one does it's funny to watch fans just lose their shit and say that 40k wins anyway just on virtue of being 40k.
