I have been in and out of therapy in the last couple years. It really helped me when I had severe anger that was affecting my relationships around me.

Any combination of listening to music, driving to the country, lifting weights, talking my best friend.

Personally find that shit is a complete waste of time. Whatever it is that's bothering me, I get the fuck over those hurdles and continue to march on. Anxiety is different story since I'm huge neat-freak with OCD. If I don't have to shake hands with strangers, then I won't. Depending on how depressed i get it can vary. If its not that bad ill just kind of keep to myself until the depression goes away. I tend to lash out to people close to me in this stage.
If its real bad (like it has been all month) i have a lot of trouble getting out of bed. I no longer enjoy my favorite activities and i just spiral into anxiety and self doubt and sabatoge.
