I usually do sets of 50 right before I do 30 push ups. But I decided to see if I could do 100 in a row. Well I got it done earlier. But damn that was not fun. >_>

I remember in the Army getting smoked, we would have to do like 200, then push-ups, flutter kicks, overhead arm claps, etc.

Guerilla Drills. we were timed pushed to physical limits once a week. i remember jumping jacks pushups burpees mixed with other calesthenics. running became favorite part of my day of PT during that time. just you and the road. whistle sounds and the run back slowly returns to the reality of military training instruction. --- You don't stop playing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop playing ...
