Specifically, as an adult male? That just screams weirdo alert IMO...

Ive had a trip booked for the holidays with my girlfriend at the time. We have since split up. I was able to get the hotel refunded, but the park tickets were non-refundable. The airfare was non-refundable too but I am able to make other flights within a year for a small fee, which I dont mind. The park tickets I can also use within a year I believe.

I can always wait to see if a friend will go with me another time, perhaps over the summer. Ive just been really depressed lately about the breakup and I thought possibly still going away would be good for me. But I would feel super weird..

i mean, no one is gonna go around looking for people walking alone and think "WOW WHAT A WEIRDO"

It's unlikely anyone there is actually going to notice. I'd just assume you're there with your wife and kid but they're in the line for something else.

Sounds like a terrible trip to go on alone though. Surely you can entice someone to go with you if yo ou already have plane and park tickets paid for

Yeah, Im sure I can find a friend or my brother to go with me in the summer. I just had my heart set on this trip next month and no one can go then. Oh well

Disney has plenty of rides with single rider lines.

I don't get the appeal of it in general. But I never been emotionally committed to anyone. I never had the weird feeling of doing things alone, cause it's a preference at times I do it. Im also the 3rd wheel a lot and never feel weird cause Im always invited and pretty much never insert myself. I say to try and display that it's mostly in your head and perspective. It really doesn't matter outside of how you personally feel. But you can't just feel comfortable cause you want to either. So just be very aware of how you personally feel about it before you dedicate to it. I personal wouldn't feel wkward about it all because I genuinely am cool with doing stuff solo. Company is preferred, but being alone leaves me with no regrets either.

Yeah, I have no problem doing things I want to do alone. I guess disney world just sounds like a weird thing to do alone to me cause I dont really want to do it unless someone drags me there. I've gone to music show by myself before though. I actually went to vietnam alone for like a month once. Had a blast

I've always vacationed there with other people just because it's more fun with other people, but I've been to and walked around various parks by myself several times. Disney World is arguably better as an adult because you have more appreciation for many of the rides/shows/etc.

Honestly, going around all the countries in Epcot and drinking solo sounds like a blast.

Eh, if you have the money, go for it. Go to local bars at night and try to meet women/people.
