This is (Insert full name) of (my department) calling out sick to go to the doctor. Ill bring a doctors note back on return.

Because they cant really challenge that and by their rules a doctors note covers you super hard.

Everyone in my family is dead and my car is the biggest shit box in town. I barely stay within occurrence guidelines. Been doing it so long I have turned it into an art form. Its free vacation time.

For most jobs a doctor's note turns it into an excused absence so it doesnt really count against you. Most people dont bother to go to the doctor though.

If I have diarrhea, I'm not going to see the doctor unless it lasts more than a day and I cant get to work without shitting myself on the first day, so it's a call off.

Why i dont like doctors:

I described flu like symptoms. She said it was probably 2 different things but we could do a flu test if i wanted. I said yes. Surprise. Its the flu. They even acted a lil surprised.

maybe you were their first flu patient in a while.

i remember a girl from the temp agency asking me if i had the flu for calling in sick even though she probably knew that it wasn't even close to flu season yet. bitch tbh.
