It's not like I would say that it's pain but almost like someone is poking my in the center of my chest. Almost the same kind of feeling if I were hanging glasses on my shirt and it was pressing on me that way.

My face gets red a lot too.

I've already gotten a million heart tests done this year and doctors are sick of me because they never find anything wrong. Does anyone know if this kind of feeling is a precursor to a heart attack in any way? Or could this be related to me doing chest exercises a week ago?

highly doubt it's anything heart related. i have family history of heart disease and a while back i had a heart attack scare (that was stupid in retrospect), but what i have learned from the doctor & my father (who had a heart attack):

  1. the pain from a heart attack is not gradual, it comes on rapid
  2. the sensation of a heart attack is different & unmistakable, my father said he knew he was having one right away despite never having had one prior to that
