He was also given a year for reckless use of explosives or fire and 30 days for harassment as they will be served consecutively He was found guilty of a hate crime that is a class D felony, 3rd degree harassment and reckless use of fire... He stole the flag hung at Ames United Church of Christ and it was found burning on June 11 outside Dangerous Curves Gentleman's Club The media spoke to him back in November and said he did it because he is FIERCELY against HOMOSEXUALITY and did it for GOD!
