So while I'm relatively normal I got the mortgage paid off earlier this year so now that's finally all gravy. For the last few years almost everything it made went back into paying off the mortgage as fast as possible. Not rich but now I dont need to worry about losing my job Edit - I should add that I own 50% of the building.
